Welcome to the The Monckton Bar's website! The Monckton Bar is now under new management! Alcoholic drinks prices start from as little as £1.30 (smirnoff), so we're the cheapest drinking establishment in the whole of Penkridge!
We are located upstairs in the Monckton Recreation Centre. Here we have access to a large balcony, which is great in the summer, due to the views and sunsets! We also have a games room, games machines, a poker table and large room downstairs for event hire....
We have many plans for the Monckton Bar and already cater for a number of parties and clubs. Below are some of the current events.

Travelling from the M6 South
Exit the M6 at junction 12. Take the first exit, sign posted A5 Telford. At the roundabout with the Spread Eagle pub, take the 3rd exit, sign posted A449 Penkridge / Stafford. At the following roundabout, take the first exit into Bungham Lane. At the end of Bungham Lane, turn right into Water Eaton Lane / Pinfold Lane. We are 500 meters on the right.
Travelling from the M6 North
Exit the M6 at junction 13. Take the 3rd exit, sign posted A449 Wolverhampton. Travel 2 miles into Penkridge and then turn right at the George & Fox into Pinfold Lane. Travel under the bridge and hotel. We are immediately behind the hotel on the left.
